1 - Commandes
Vous pouvez régler vos achats sur Ariège Sève de Bouleau par carte bancaire, chèque ou virement.
Les paiements en ligne sont sécurisés par PayPal et Sogecommerce (Banque à distance Société Générale).
Ariège Sève de Bouleau BIO se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de refuser toute commande d’un client avec lequel existerait un litige relatif au paiement d’une commande antérieure.

Destinations covered by seve-bouleau.fr : Ariège Sève de Bouleau serves the whole of France, the DOM-TOM, as well as the rest of Europe. Caution: The delivery costs change according to the destination in Europe or in the DOM-TOM (see point 6)
Les livraisons se feront au fur et à mesure que les arbres produirons. Les livraisons se feront dans l’ordre des commandes/réservations. A ce sujet, pour votre commande passée antérieurement au mois de Février vous serez avisé(e)s du départ de votre colis.
2 - Prix
The prices of our products are indicated including all taxes.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros. Ariege Sève de Bouleau reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. But the prices of the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the orders, subject to availability. The prices of our products are indicated in TTC. Ariege Sève de bouleau is not able to refund the VAT for the destinations of Europe, Overseas as well as expenses of customs clearance.
3 - Validation
You declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order is thus worth acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Except contrary proof, the data recorded by Ariège Sève de bouleau constitute the proof of the whole of the transactions passed by Ariège Sève de bouleau and its customers.
4 - Disponibilité
Nos offres de produits et de prix sont valables dans la limite des stocks disponibles. La disponibilité des produits vous est fournie au moment du passage de votre commande. En cas d’indisponibilité, vous avez la possibilité de nous demander à être averti par mail du réa provisionnement. Vous pouvez aussi nous contacter directement au 07 84 46 96 85 ou par mail : [email protected]. Les livraisons se feront au fur et à mesure que les arbres produirons. Les livraisons se feront dans l’ordre des commandes/réservations. A ce sujet, pour votre commande passée antérieurement au mois de Février, vous serez avisé(e)s du départ de votre colis.
5 - Livraisons
Votre commande est livrée à l’adresse de livraison que vous avez indiquée au cours de la passation de commande.
Les délais indiqués sont des délais moyens habituels et correspondent aux délais de traitement et de livraison en jours ouvrés.
Les commandes passées après 10h00 le mercredi seront expédiées le lundi suivant.
Les tarifs de livraison vous sont communiqués lors du passage de votre commande.
6 - Paiement / sécurisation
Le règlement de vos achats peut s’effectuer par chèque, virement ou carte bancaire. Les paiements en ligne sont sécurisés par PayPal et Sogecommerce. Le débit de votre carte est effectué au moment de la validation de votre commande.
7 - Droit de rétractation
D’après la Législation en vigeur, vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour retourner la marchandise qui ne vous conviendrait pas. Les frais de retour restant à votre charge. 8 - Conformité des produits et produits manquants
